Generic / Informative Queries
These queries encompass FAQs and policy-related information. Because they rely on static or slowly-changing institutional knowledge, they are routed through a Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipeline. The LLM accesses the embedded Policy Document Database to construct accurate, context-aware answers without touching user-specific data.

AI Model Configuration & Guardrails

Simulate Model Profile
Strict Enterprise Mode: Optimized for factual retrieval (RAG) and policy compliance. Low temperature prevents creative deviations. Stop sequences are highly active to truncate unnecessary elaboration.

Identity Security
Strict user identification enforced via Phone Number mapped to a mandatory OTP (One Time Password) challenge before any session initiates.

Specific informative/actionable queries never touch the LLM. They are routed securely through a middleware layer connected to MCP servers.
